How long does delivery take?
Orders within Kuwait are dispatched in 1-2 business days. GCC orders are dispatched in 3-5 business days.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping is 2 KD within Kuwait and 4.5 KD across the GCC.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Earrings can't be exchanged unless faulty, for hygiene reasons. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Is your jewelry waterproof and hypo-allergenic?
Yes — our stainless-steel pieces are durable, waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypo-allergenic, safe for daily wear, showering, and swimming.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals like chlorine, bleach, and cleaning products. Remove jewelry before using lotions and perfumes. Store your pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at Shoplovekw@gmail.com and we'll replace it free of charge.
